In 2016, Mon Brokman arrived in India, drawn by the country’s rich potential to unlock new dimensions of mind and mental performance. Seeking clarity and personal growth, he started his journey with a Vipassana course, which eventually brought him to Bangalore, where he crossed paths with Shiva Subramanian. Their first meeting lasted 2 days involving an impromptu trip to Shiva’s coffee estate in Coorg, where they bonded over a shared love for martial arts and its practical philosophy. Their partnership took root intuitively right after, setting them both on a journey to create something transformative together.
Shortly after, Mon joined Shiva at Connect Ventures, an innovation ecosystem focused on health and sustainability. Before long, they realized that their shared vision had the potential to go even further. A year and a half later, they founded Behavioural Foresight, blending cutting-edge technologies with ancient wisdom to help performers and professionals navigate high-pressure situations. The company has since developed a data-driven approach, offering assessments, programs, and interventions grounded in both founders’ lifelong experiences in mind and body practices, and scientific knowledge.
